Commerce graduate from Delhi University and a Company Secretary with over 30 years of experience across Banking, BPO, Logistics, and Consulting. Pankaj specializes in building businesses from the ground up, including setting up banking verticals, NBFC operations, expanding regional transport companies into national players, and establishing offshore operations in India for US-based transportation firms. He has led process automation, large workforce management, and strategic implementation initiatives across organizations.

Mr. Shashi Mudgal

Law graduate and MBA with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure setup, project management, and large-scale operations. Has led the establishment of domestic and international operational centers (voice and non-voice), driving implementation strategy, BCP/DRP continuity planning, and structured infrastructure execution across Logistics, Retail, Education, and Armed Forces sectors. Strong focus on developing and implementing technology-driven projects.
